This ebook was a quick read but the information was very common sense. Exercise, eat healthy, portion control, drink moderately or not at all, etc. etc, etc. I've read better books on the subject and I've also read that belly fat is pretty common during perimenopause and menopause and although you can do all the RIGHT things, your hormone levels are ever changing and the best you can do is manage it. The ebook had a lot of grammatical errors and misspellings. It almost sounded like the writer was not American and didn't have a handle on the english language which made it seem kind of thrown together and not well thought out.

Reads like it was written for a 10th grade "how to"paper. Absolutely no help whatsoever.
Nice introductory chapter 1 "The truth about belly fat for women over 40 years" explained beautifully. Even chapter 2 highlights wonderful diet options and precautions to be taken for lowering the belly fat.

Some exercises outlined are very helpful. Thanks Michelle for this wonderful book.
The book needed to be more descriptive in its explanation of exercises, of which there were too few...even a few images would have been helpful....
I expected some real information on what to eat at each meal, this book didn't do that.
There were no helpful tips on what foods to combine at each meal to get the best results.
I expected a lot more than I received from this book.

I enjoyed this book. I plan to follow the diet recommendations but I have a lot of health issues that prevent me from doing all the advised exercises. I have a bad back, severe arthritis, osteoporosis, weakness and nausea. I wish someone could come up with low impact exercises that would benefit people like me that want to be fit but has lower impact exercises.
Great Short Read. I love to the point information. I felt that the author had great insight into the problems women of 40 have with losing the belly fat I love the food suggestions and the workouts I felt like I got everything I needed to get started on the right path to taking control of my weight problems. I felt the encouragement from the author in the conclusion just what I need when I have been so down on myself. Thank you.
I enjoyed this book because I have been very hard on myself for not taking care of me like I should when I was younger. I had lost my husband young and been in this 20 year slump. Life passed me by so fast and felt trapped in this competition to be my younger self that I missed out on but know I am far from being young again. I learned to embrace who I am where I am at and do better now. No competition here, just love and acceptance. I can change what I see but must always love me.
I will recommend this book to everyone that is so tide up in the fear of again. It is simple read, practical and very encouraging. No preaching, pushing or shaming. Just great encouragement. Thanks, Michelle!
